Yoga with Alison
I love to teach, sharing gentle, strong and deliberately focused Hatha Yoga interlaced with meditation, stillness, relaxation and wisdoms from various disciplines and teachers I have encountered and studied with over the last 30 years. My classes are practical, nurturing and provide healing tools that relate to today’s needs of the mind, body and spirit.

Dynamic Yoga refers to the inner dynamic of awareness and energetic flow within the body and not to any externally apparent physical activity that may or may not be happening.
Advaita Yoga: Advaita means non-dual and refers to the wholeness, the completeness of all that is, so that the practice of Yoga in this context becomes a participation in and celebration of this wholeness, as much as a means to its realization.

Free Catch-up Free Class Saturday 8.30am: If you miss a class within the term you can catch-up on a Saturday Morning.  Please check the dates, as this class varies and is not every Saturday Morning.

# Yoga Nidra: A 20 minute guided meditation and dedication to ones life purpose and/or reason for being. A personal journey into healing and wholeness and maybe incorporated into any class. 

Gentle Yoga & 50+: For those that think, “Yoga is something I should do but,…..”   The but,……. may be a health issue or some other thing that you consider would hinder you from doing Yoga. Call us and talk about the ‘but’ and the class.

Beginners: For those who want to begin at the beginning, that have no experience or an introduction to Yoga. Where asana, pranayama, and basic yoga philosophy is introduced.

Multi-level: For those who are both beginners and experienced, who want to deepen the practice to whatever their personal desire and individual level is.
