There are many benefits of Yoga and they are well documented. However,
there are people that consider themselves to be too unfit, not flexible
enough, in too much pain, or too embarrassed for some reason to attend
a Yoga class. Participation for them seems an unobtainable act. This is
unfortunate for it is this particular kind of person that, with the practice
of Hatha Yoga for just one hour a week, can get the most profound personal
benefit. They do however need an experienced and caring teacher, and safe,
comfortable surroundings.
"The yoga space at IntoFreedom is ideal to do this work and I look
forward to developing Gentle Yoga Classes on Wednesday mornings"
says Jenny Molders, Yoga Teacher and Graduate of Gita International with
a Gold Diploma.
Jenny has for many years been a teacher for the Department of Education
and confesses to holding and experiencing many of the previously mentioned
attitudes and physical conditions. She understands the courage that is
required to take a different path especially when not feeling strong.
She is a recent graduate of Gita International Yoga and has joined Alison
Clarke at IntoFreedom Yoga in her new studio in Boronia.
